Having a really hungry day today. TTOM is just around the corner and for some reason that always puts my hunger into overdrive.
Have tried having lots of healthy filling foods and so far so good. Have some points saved up for tonight as I know I will struggle.
Lunch was a big salad with cottage cheese and a yogurt, with 3 sun dried tomato corn thins. I also had 3 appetite suppressants instead of the normal 2. I can feel that my belly is full but I am still "head-hungry".
Just writing about it helps for some weird reason, which is why I am here. Knowing it is "head-hunger" and not real hunger helps. It is also probably a step in the right direction for me as I am not sure I ever really recognised the difference before.
