Moving through the day...

Getting hungry and I still have half an hour till my lunch break. I just took my appetite suppressants with a big glass of water but I am still really hungry.

For lunch I have a big salad with cottage cheese, an Ultra Slim shake with Rice Milk, and a yogurt. Hopefully it fills me up.

Think I have my points worked out for the day.

I have to keep reminding myself I want to be thin more than I want the chocolate…

I HATE the hungry feel. I have this silly trick that maybe you could give a try to though...when I start to feel so hungry that I feel like I'm going to just go raid the kitchen.

I grab one 16 oz bottle of cold water and 1 oz of sea salt almonds (I like the Nutrition ones...I think Blue Diamond makes them...so you get, like, 28 almonds to a serving). I eat the almonds and chug the water. And my hunger mysteriously disappears. Later, I read in "The Abs Diet" book that the almonds expand because of the water! It naturally suppresses your appetite. Plus, it's uber healthy for you because of all the good stuff in almonds. Win-win!!!!

The great thing about these recipes is that you can customize them to meet your needs (i.e. low fat cheese...or no cheese...and/or different spices and such).
