Getting hungry and I still have half an hour till my lunch break. I just took my appetite suppressants with a big glass of water but I am still really hungry.
For lunch I have a big salad with cottage cheese, an Ultra Slim shake with Rice Milk, and a yogurt. Hopefully it fills me up.
Think I have my points worked out for the day.
I have to keep reminding myself I want to be thin more than I want the chocolate…
