I am starting make better ongoing food choices.

This morning I REALLY wanted chocolate. I wanted a bag of Malteasers (the big bags). Instead I got a small Malteaser Bunny.

My boss offered to buy Pizza for lunch. I said no thank you. I ate my cheese and crackers with a rice snack.

I am not setting records here, but I am making better choices.

I look forward to hearing your progress with the eating in moderation plan.

I just can't figure out what to do for myself. Calorie counting was doing my head in, so I've been through a stage of trying to do the moderation thing. I went alright for a week or so, and then went firmly off the rails again. So this week I'm back to calorie counting... but I've stopped using an HRM to track exercise cals. Somewhere in my deluded mind I feel like I've made a trade off there and I can manage it. Time will tell of course!
